Ahmed Mohammed Al-Hassan, the “clock kid” from United States who was arrested for making a clock that was mistakenly considered a time bomb, has been recently called up by President Barak Obama on a visit to White House. He was personally invited by the President of United Stated of America.
The main reason behind this kind of personal invitation was to encourage such students to pursue their careers in technical fields. The President and Ahmed had some nice moments of a chat.
Ahmed said that he was thankful to the President for such an encouraging gesture and for his support. He further expressed his wish to join MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and dreams of becoming an engineer by profession.
The clock maker has been quite busy ever since the news of his arrest has popped up. He is been visiting the headquarters of Google and Facebook along with various multinational technology companies. Many of the officials of NASA met Ahmed on his visit to White House.
