Riyadh being the capital of Saudi Arabia has the best shopping malls in the country to visit. Every other mall in the city is well constructed and beautifully designed according to the international standards. For the people out there who are interested in visiting Riyadh, you must give a visit to the following malls at least once:

Riyadh Gallery Mall

It is a well equipped mall having various shopping and dining options. You will find lots of shopping stores with all the famous brands under one roof. The area worth watching is where the landscaping and waterfall is. Actually it’s a great area to watch out for. The atmosphere of the mall is quite soothing and relaxing. You can always stop over at the ground floor where they have made a garden and get a cup of coffee with cookies to enjoy the natural view of landscaping.

Granada Center

The center is very well constructed and has a beautiful ambiance. The architecture of the center is quite different from other shopping malls. You will find plenty of shops with variety of stuff and all the brands of the world. The 2 stand out points of the mall are its vast parking space and its location. In Riyadh, due to massive amount of vehicles, you will seldom find any vacant parking options. The Granada mall has it all for you.

Panorama Mall

The differentiating feature of Panorama mall among the other malls is its play area. It has a well designed play area that is a great attraction for little kids. You won’t find such play area in any other malls. Do not forget to grab a few energy drinks or chocolates with you as you will get tired real soon because the mall covers a large area J. By the way, the food court of Panorama mall isn’t up to the mark.

Hayat Mall

The only thing that I don’t like about this mall is its obsession with restricting its entrance to family or ladies only. You (meaning men) can only enter in mall before 7pm with family. Otherwise better stay at home and enjoy! By the way it has a good Ice Skating ring where children as well as the adults can have fun. Some other highlights of the mall are Danube hypermarket and Jarir bookstore.

Centria

The mall is quite well-known for dining option like noodle house and other famous cafes including Armenian, La Duree Parisian Café, Le notre and much more. Having all the luxurious brands of the world, it attracts more of the elite class rather than the other classes of society. It is a beautifully built mall with great atmosphere.

Al Nakheel Mall

It is located on the eastern side of the Riyadh City and is a newly constructed mall compared to others. You will find a well equipped play area on the first floor. The highlight of the mall is its indoor fountains which makes it worthy of visiting.

Sahara Mall

The Sahara mall is just next to the Hayat mall that makes the area a crowded place to visit. Both malls being close to each other help the people easy to roam around from one mall to another. If you can’t find any of the desired stuff from Sahara mall, you can always catch that thing up from Hayat mall. The Sahara mall is designed in such a way that it gives a feel of traditional Saudi Arabian mall.

Salam Mall

The Salam mall is not as big as other malls in the city of Riyadh but still has all you need to buy from one place. The highlights of the mall are the numerous Gold and Silver shops. You can find all the international food chains in its food court.

Al Qasr Mall

It is considered one of the largest entertainment malls of Riyadh which is well equipped with good playing facilities and games for children of all age groups. Like every other mall, Al-Qasr mall also has dining options and shopping areas. The location of the mall is soothing and tempting. It has more than 300 hypermarkets and showrooms that deal with stuff related every category.

Localizer Mall

The mall is located in Olaya Riyadh, on the Alahliyah street. It has a good range of international branded stores like Next, Armani, Marks & Spencer etc. You can also find a large food court with a fitness gym only for men. The gym has the latest machinery to keep you fit and in shape ;)
